Put-in-Bay’s local pilot association, 3 Whiskey 2, invites you to their second annual fly-in on Sunday, August 10, 2014. “Fly-ins” are popular weekend events throughout the country when pilots fly their aircraft to a common airport to share their enthusiasm for aviation. These events typically bring in a wide variety of aircraft. Put-in-Bay Airport, located on beautiful South Bass Island in Lake Erie is one of Ohio’s small airport gems. This year’s fly-in will be coupled with the popular island antique car parade, wihch will end at the airport. Enjoy a pig roast with local pilots and car enthusiasts. This event is open to the public and all are welcome!
