School Closed, Planes Grounded–Wonder Why?

Put-in-Bay School cancelled classes and Bass Islands flights are grounded today.  An overnight ice storm sheathed the region in a bewildering coat of glass.  Rain, snow, and blustery conditions appear in the mid-week forecast.
