Storm Roars through Bass Islands
A late afternoon storm plowed its way through the western basin of Lake Erie on Wednesday. Wind speeds of 45mph, recorded at Peach Point on South Bass Island, and two inches of rain by Thursday morning, contributed to localized flooding.
