Tipper’s Draws Valentine’s Day Guests

Daytime temperature reached 30°F today.  Some streets, like Catawba Avenue (pictured) were a slushy mess.  However, Tipper’s Restaurant continued as the hot island destination for locals celebrating St. Valentine’s Day, as well as off-islanders on snowmobile excursions.  One customer was overheard saying,”The atmosphere inside is ‘hearty!'”
