Tipper’s Restaurant Sees Signs of Winter

Tipper’s Restaurant always goes the extra mile with decorations during holiday times, but a pause was taken during Wednesday evening’s Euchre tournament to give Patty Bauer  the opportunity to make snow!  With help from Rev. Mary Staley, St. Paul’s Episcopal, and Kelly Mohn, Patty was able to fulfill her wish for early “snow.”
