Aside from spring charter fishing and the arrival of weekenders, Put-in-Bay waterfront witnessed the hoisting of signal flags to set the tone for the Boardwalk Lower Deck opening on Saturday, the construction of an elevated walkway on B-Dock, and the transfer of dock cribs near the Jet Express.
